The Ayla team has been in the culinary sector for over 25 years. We believe that a person should choose the profession that they love the most therefore a year a go we decided to come together and open our own restaurant to realise our dreams of offering the best dishes of Turkish cuisine to our guests.
We highly respect the deep heritage of Turkish cuisine—it is a fusion and refinement of different cultures across the Mediterranean, Balkans and Middle East that goes back centuries. We use the best and freshest ingredients to bring these culinary cultures to life, and we hope to be able to share our passion and love for food with you!
